Job Title: Account Executive Non-QM-Texas

Arc Home LLC, a residential mortgage lender, is owned by AG Mortgage Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT, and other funds under management of Angelo Gordon, a privately-held investment advisor with approximately $33B of assets under management. Arc Home LLC, is a full service, national lender that is an approved Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae seller/servicer. With a strong Non-QM product set as a result of its relationship with Angelo Gordon and a seasoned management team, the company is planning for substantial growth.

The AE will be responsible for the solicitation and acquisition of new business from wholesale clients, to develop and enhance existing relationships and to create familiarity with Company products, policies and procedures. 

  • Adding value to the client base through meticulous knowledge of the Company’s products and underwriting guidelines – which include Non-QM.
  • Answering client questions and responding to loan status inquiries during loan processing.
  • Required to commit the hours necessary to work with both approved and prospective accounts to achieve minimum performance metrics.
  • Facilitating the prospective client’s completion of the Customer Application for delivery to the Company for approval. 
  • Maintaining contact with your client base on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to solicit new business and facilitate pipeline progress.
  • Monitoring your clients’ pipelines on a daily basis for timely delivery of live files and prompt cancellation of dead files.
  • Providing training on Company policies and procedures and conducting informational meetings for the client base.
  • Maintain a customer and prospect database in the company provided CRM in accordance with expectations set-forth from Sales Management.
  • Remaining compliant with all governing laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Performing such other functions as may be necessary or appropriate.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred;
  • Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a track record of success in the mortgage industry
  • Current producing client base
  • Must possess solid understanding of wholesale loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential along with strong presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor to effectively interact with all company and client personnel
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work and manage time
  • Extraordinary commitment to customer service with excellent client relations skills
  • Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures and calculations as necessary
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and trainings
  • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Browsers
  • Account Executives who will be driving on company business will be required to maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record
