JOB SUMMARY

Arc Home LLC, a residential mortgage lender, is owned by AG Mortgage Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT, and other funds under management of Angelo Gordon, a privately-held investment advisor with approximately $33B of assets under management. Arc Home is a full service, national lender that is an approved Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae seller / servicer.  With a strong non-QM product set as a result of its relationship with Angelo Gordon and a seasoned management team, the company is planning for substantial growth.

The candidate in this position performs advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence. Tends to administrative details including, but not limited to, gathering and/or compiling and reports information relevant to/for departments, managing the CPO and COO calendars and responding to escalated call/emails directed to the COO or CPO.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Maintain and manage preparations for on-site trainings and onboarding including travel, space  scheduling, agenda creation and off-site event planning/management
  • Create, deliver/distribute and maintain management level reporting for performance related metrics both in sales and operations
  • Develop templates and complete entries for regularly scheduled ELT meetings, Board Updates, Board meetings and any other significant project tracking required
  • Draft and deliver quality correspondence to industry partners, regulators and or other parties as required by the CPO or COO
  • Create letters and communications related to vendor, customer and other required follow-ups as required by CPO and COO
  • Assist in preparations for new hire set-up including desk, materials and training schedule
  • Maintain COO and CPO calendars, manage meeting bookings, receive and manage inbound overflow calls
  • Schedule appointments with vendors, candidates, employees and business partners as required by the COO and CEO
