Arc Home LLC, a residential mortgage lender, is owned by AG Mortgage Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT, and other funds under management of Angelo Gordon, a privately-held investment advisor with approximately $33B of assets under management. Arc Home is a full service, national lender that is an approved Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae seller/servicer.  With a strong non-QM product set as a result of its relationship with Angelo Gordon and a seasoned management team, the company is planning for substantial growth. 

The Company is seeking an Operations Trainer and Change Manager.  The position will report to the VP Change Management and be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training and development needs and manage all changes to guidelines, policy & procedures, training materials, LOS and associated systems, and Arc Home website for all channels in accordance with the change management process set forth by the VP Change Management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work collaboratively with operations leadership to identify training needs, map out learning and development plans;
  • Create and maintain all training curriculum and facilitate training sessions for the operations team.
  • Under guidance of operation leadership, administer changes in the LOS and Arc Home systems to support operational improvements while ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with oversight of the Arc Home's IT Helpdesk for Arc Home’s loan origination systems (LOS’s).
  • Provide Helpdesk with fielding questions from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Review helpdesk ticket trends in order to identify training needs, process improvements, and system fixes.
  • Create internal and external operational announcements and obtain sign off from senior management.
  • Assist managing cross-departmental implementations including new product development.
  • Coordinate all changes to guidelines, policy & procedures, training materials, LOS and associated systems, and Arc Home website for all channels in accordance with the change management process set forth by the VP Change Management.
  • Document and maintain versioning of all operational process flows and policy and procedure documentation for all channels.

Skills

7+ years residential mortgage experience, preferably in operations. Excellent business writing skills. Experience interacting with executive leadership. Excellent organizational skills. Natural disposition to provide excellent customer service to internal personnel and external clients.

Must have at least one of the following:

  • Experience in developing and administering training material
  • Experience in implementing and administering Loan Origination Systems
